- Powerhouse public speaker and educator who tells her story to help others and is not afraid to share the gruesome details of what she went through
- Avid traveler who has travelled to 23 countries across 4 continents
- Recovered addict breaking down the stigma of addiction
- Identifies as "neurospicy" since being diagnosed with Autism and ADHD in adulthood
- Her other name is Zia Liv to 4 nieces and nephews. She also had no idea she could love anyone this much until they came around (no offence to the rest of her family)

- Loves spending time with her family and friends, seeing new places and reminding herself and others that life is so much bigger than the smallest man who ever lived
